What is a Computer Tune Up?
Maintaining a computer is just like maintaining your car, they both need to be serviced. Would you buy a new car and never put oil in it?
A computer tune-up is necessary to keep your computer running as fast as possible and to catch other problems before they cause irreparable damage. Tuning the operating system consists of a number of different steps to remove garbage and clutter. In most cases we can make your computer run faster than the default settings your computer shipped with.
What will be done to my computer?
Clean up unused programs and unwanted background processes.
Virus detection - Virus removal - Virus Protection - Spyware detection - Spyware removal - Spyware protection - Optimize windows settings - Remove temp files - Remove cookies & history settings - Update Operating system - Clean start up programs - Repair windows errors - Optimize memory - Check device operations - Speed up settings - Repair registry errors.
What you must do when you get your computer back from being Tuned Up.
Your original antivirus will be uninstalled so we can use our spyware scanners.
You can do one of two things:
Purchase an Internet Security Suite from us, or provide us with the installation CD of your current valid product.
All this for a fixed price of: $220.00.
Antivirus software 12 months license $90 ($10 discount if purchased with a tune up)
A computer tune up should be performed approximately every 12 months.
